Deliveries within Ireland cost just €3.90 and free if you spend €50.00 or more!

We use a courier service to deliver all your purchases.

All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within all of Ireland within 48 hours.

Please note that due to the holidays any order placed after 2pm on the 20th of December will be

dispatched in the new year.

If stock is in one of our retail stores but not in our warehouse it may take a couple of extra days to

fulfil your order.

We hold 95% of our stock in our warehouse so we deliver 95% of orders within 2 days!

Your order will be provided with a full track and trace on each parcel.

Availability of stock

Stock listed on our site is not always guaranteed to be available online as we cannot control

purchasing in our four retail stores in Galway and Dublin.

 

Returns

 

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to everyone here at Yankee Stores.

Accordingly if for some reason you are not happy with your purchases from us or the products are

defective you can return the goods to us within 20 days we will refund you the full cost of the item.

The goods must be in their original condition, packaging and not used.

In the case of defective or incorrect products Yankee Stores will, where applicable, dispatch a

replacement product.

In such cases you will be billed for the replacement product and a refund will be issued for the

incorrect item.

We will refund the cost of any incorrect items including the outgoing delivery charge; however, we

will not refund the cost of returning the product to us.

Any product refund is subject to the item being returned in a resalable condition (Unused and with

the original packaging still intact).

We can also exchange/replace incorrect or faulty products in any of our 3 stores once you have all

the receipts and shipping details with you.
